What is Anxiety?

Everybody will experience feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. You may feel nervous and anxious about a driving test or a job interview. These feelings of anxiety can be perfectly normal.

But for some, they find it hard to control their worries and feelings of anxiety. They appear to be more constant and can often affect their everyday lives.
